Title: Trading and Strategic Commodities Planning Manager

Main Responsibilities:

1-Carrying out and mange billets contracts with total qty 70Kt with spend exceeding 30Mn$ and export transactions successful to different locations North Africa & Far East and GCC.

2-Coordinate trading operation for inbound strategic commodities and Prepare / follow up the shipping Docs for the shipments.

3-Work on enhancing the company cash flow through deferred payments and enhanced payments for enhanced cash flows.

4-Follow up with the logistics team the custom clearance for the import / export shipments.

5-Direct involvement in negotiating favorable prices and terms with suppliers (either Foreign or Local), and place purchase orders based on most appropriate quotation.

Follow up on the delivery of the ordered items/machines, and payment to suppliers

3-Coordinate between Plant, Sales, logistics, Purchasing the full cycle for securing the transactions of finished / semi finished production.

5-Plan and Oversee stock levels of billets and outsourcing rebars to always keep stock covering production requirements, delivery plans.

7-Propose tenders and follow up contracts to ensure that delivery items are within agreed time frames.
