Delivered incremental business value by releasing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to production for beta testing in 8 weeks by minimizing development time with the prototype testing and customer time studies.

Product Owner responsiblities helping to write the user stories, interacting with the developers, tracking progress in Jira, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and helping to communicate to the respective stakeholders.

Senior Product Manager – (Jul 2016 to Mar 2017)

Led a cross-functional team of 8 resources delivering features in an agile environment for fraud prevention, billing and ERP integration in the global wireless device services platform.

Translated finance business requirements into user stories and performed User Acceptance Testing for a large Norwegian wireless provider launch. Project required tight deadlines for delivery which included penalty clauses if all features were not delivered by the contracted date.

Led integration project to gather requirements for integrating to an SAP Financial system from a Great Plains (GP) platform through an API. Mapped current file layout to the SAP format to discover any gaps that would require data transformation.
