Much testing was run as well as parallel testing. Year-end had to run under the old system and
the first January payroll had to run under the new system after a conversion. From January to
June I worked on fixing missed programs and JCL.

Marketing Administrator Worked as Marketing Administrator for RBC Liberty Insurance running all office functions for agents. Keeping up with clients, handling death claims, making sure payments got in on time, assigning new clients to agents. This was a temporary position to fill in for someone on maternity leave.

HR/Payroll Manager Hired and fired HR consultants. Gave all consultants there client assignments and made monthly calls to clients to check on there satisfaction with their support. Assisted various clients upgrading to the Y2K version of the Geac HR:M/Payroll System also upgraded Financial systems. This included interface integration, coding, and testing. 1999 was spent traveling all over the US and Brazil to a different client site weekly installing Y2K changes and testing. Always supported clients remotely with upgrades and problems as well as system down situations.

Senior Programmer. Analyzed the existing Contract Processing system and totally rewrote all of its on-line capabilities. Programmed the Automatic Invoice Numbering system, analyzed and
performed the on-line programming for the Perpetual Inventory system and developed
procedures and trained the control section on balancing the reports generated from the inventory
system with the daily/weekly reports from the production systems. Worked with the accounting department on occasion to keep all inventory costed and maintained the file for Labor Costing.
