Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Answering all calls and providing quotes and dispatching to different vendors and update the SAP system with all system details and troubleshoot and multitask with incoming emails and updating of information received from various vendors and team members.

I3 International- Mississauga- December 2016 to (Contract Position end of September 2017)

Sales calls for CPAs across the USA and setting up demonstrations for the IT Software Programs for Chartered Accountants. Dealing with Chartered Professional Accountants across the USA and booking a demonstration of the new software for payrolls specially set up for their clients. This is a sales job where you have to make appointments for CPA demonstrations via a webinar based settings. Prior to this for about 5 months I was doing Bilingual scheduling for Samsung Washing Machines and dispatching technicians to the customer residence for a fix to the machines and ensuring appointments were set well in advance for the customers and entering them in the Microsoft Calendar. Also updated the Excel Sheets every day to ensure proper dispatch and appointments were booked in the system

Taking orders and executing the orders in a timely manner from hospitals across Canada and entering into the SAP Program. Dealing with bilingual customers from Quebec and Northern Ontario and taking inbound calls for orders as well as faxes to fill the orders in a timely manner. This company deals with hospital equipment and all the hospitals across Canada for supply of surgical instruments and hospital equipment for surgical operations and surgeons in hospitals.
