Retail Sales Coach Branch Manager

Promoted to Retail Sales Coach within one year of hire upon transitioning branch to rank #3 (from 238) out of 252 in the company. Challenged to deliver consulting and coaching across Metro New York and New Jersey region consisting of 11 district executives, 115 branch managers, and 348 bankers, with a goal of improving sales techniques and creating new step-by-step programs to increase sales; subsequently, trained 352 employees over the course of one month.
