Pitney Bowes Inc. (PBI), headquartered at Stamford, Connecticut is a $4.6 billion global provider of integrated mail, messaging and document management solutions. Global Mailing System (GMS) division includes sale, rental and financing of mail finishing, mail creation and shipping equipment, related supplies and services, presort mail services, postal payment solutions and software.

PBI started Customer Relationship Management initiative to provide enhanced customer service. Currently CRM division caters to following three areas: Customer Care, Field Sales and Customer Service.

* According to the Requirement created the fields used by the API application.
