Responsible to comprehend every Honda type and their feature and functions that’s offered. Ability to meet and greet customers, and find out what type of vehicle they were looking for their must haves in the vehicle also determine if they want a new or used vehicle. To be able to tell the customer the differences per vehicle and their technology, and special safety features.

Once determined, review our inventory list and try to find the vehicle they want, and then land them on that vehicle. The customer is taken for test drive and shown the new technology Honda has to offer. Moreover, responsible to sale additions products such as Extended Warranties, Prima Plate, Dent Shield, and Tire and Rim Repair.

My job is to give the customer professional service though out his or her buying experience. To have the expertise to process all paper work within a timely manner. To make sure the vehicle has been washed and vacuumed, and topped off with fuel. Once purchase is completed and the customer comes out of finance, responsible to put on new tags on the vehicle, and answer any questions pertaining to their new vehicle. Receive, sort, collect, processes and distributes all incoming and outgoing U. S. Mail, inter agency mail and other messenger mail. Operate automated mail processing equipment, utilizing electronic postage metering systems, electronic scales, mail management accounting systems, and other postal systems and equipment.

Provide consolidated and contracted mail services for United Parcel Service (UPS), and some Federal Express (FEDEX) services. Utilize Online Courier Service (LASERSHIP) for important documentation to be sent and tracked going to Capitol Hill in Washington D.C.

Maintain appropriate records regarding postage, registered mail, certified mail, parcels and mail requiring special handling. Package, labels and ship items by U. S. Postal Service and commercial sources, including express and air express. Also, utilized SC Logic Software for tracking all incoming parcels coming into the Mail Center, and have a hand held device with stylus for customers to sign for incoming parcels.

Responsible for reconciling deliveries documentation i.e., UPS, FEDEX, GSA and outside vendors, i.e., Staples, Office Depot, etc. Receiving packaged invoices of approved Purchase Order and Requisitions of purchase goods. Ensure goods are delivered undamaged and in proper quantity before authorizing acceptance to the mail center. If there are discrepancies, immediately report to my Supervisor or Procurement Agent/Officer.

Assist in Duplications, by processing all work orders, making copies utilizing large volume copier machines, Toshiba Black and White or Toshiba Color Printers for Agencies’ reports. Utilize additional machines for folding, cutting, binding and laminating for small or large projects.

Receive and maintain receipts, storage, documentation and reporting of supplies and miscellaneous administrative services. Assist with regular reports regarding updated to supplies usage of expenditures. Maintain and distribute Code of Federal Regulations to staff.

Supervisor for weekly and monthly mail center reports. Perform all other related mail center task and/or duties assigned. Assist in maintaining Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) on company vehicle, by checking fluid levels, belts, lights and trip card.

Sole administrator for a software package that educates leadership teams on all administrative factors necessary to properly recognize the dedicated efforts of superior performing personnel. Maintain up-to-date information regarding the level of awards granted for Active Duty and Reserve personnel and monetary values and/or cash equivalent of entitlements for civilian Government Service (GS) and Department of Defense (DOD) employees, and report the status of these awards to appropriate levels of personnel.

Responsible as a Command’s representative for all subject related matters and updates. This includes changes of Navy administrative instructions, prototyping and implementation of new applications that have improved similar programs throughout the Armed Forces, new reference materials that becomes available to educate Navy and government leadership at all levels and the development of effective Process Improvement Plans.
