Solving the Machines Problem.
Planning and development of Machine Component by Standard Drawings.
To maintain document work for ISO audit.
Manpower planning, motivation and control.
Training for new employee about Machines.
Daily clearance of Component inspection by following FIFO system.
Continuous improvement activity in shop to reduce the quality cost.
Process improvement.
