RESPONSIBILITIES:

Steam Boiler Operation, Perform & record daily check sheets on running systems such as scale calibration, process controls.

Responsible for continuous, safe and efficient operation of Plant.

To operate various Stages of Production such as Polymerization, Thermal heating and Packing.

Good knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes.

Responsible for handling normal plant operation including start up and shutdown.

Assist in general duties such as Repacking.

Ensuring smooth and continuous of operations of plant and machinery at the optimum level.

Strict follow up of safety procedures for service of equipment

Preparing action plan for boiler shut down.

Analysis of tripping & trouble shooting for Preventive Measures.

To operate, Monitor and maintain Packaging & Labeling and Equipment in compliance with Plant safety And Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Preparation of trip reports, daily consumption report.

Maintaining a record and reports of various maintenance strategies.

Ensure cleanliness of work area, upkeeps Equipment.

Coordinating in Preventive, Running, Start up, Shutdown and Annual maintenance.

Assists in maintenance program and operating of production machinery and equipment.

Carry out chemical waste sorting, waste transfer and stock keeping.

Having experience in maintain log books & records during the shift operation activities.

Maintenance of Boiler Furnace area cleaning.
