Work with the District Bridge Manager inspecting bridges for spall, deck and joint repair; and creating plan sets for contracts of reviewed bridges. Create tabloids for public meetings and community outreach. Create conceptual and project schematics to use during public meetings and future project discussions. Assisting in transportation projects for Cities, Counties, and TXDOT throughout the state as well as the Harris County Toll Road Authority.
