Research Work

Method development and validation of oxicams on IR Spectrometer through Preparation of KBr disks to obtain beer-lambert’s law.

The research work included quantitative determination of oxicams in bulk and solid dosage forms using OPUS 6.5 software both in absorbance and transmittance mode.

Worked on three different drug compounds and proved that the basic principle of quantitation used in HPLC and UV (beer-lambert’s law) can also be used in FT-IR spectroscopy.

Prepared a review article based on mentioned research work. Paper Publications

Published a paper “Studies in Prospective Process Validation of Fluconazole Tablet Dosage Form” in Research Journal of Pharmaceutical technology, 7(1), Jan-2014.
