Re: Mechanical Design Engineering Manager / Sr. Design Position

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a driven individual with a unique combination of leadership skills and extensive experience spanning 30 years. My experience is in product design and development from concept through production in a variety of manufacturing and development environments. I believe I could be highly beneficial to your organization in a Mechanical Engineering Management or Sr. Level Design position. In the interest of exploring career opportunities, enclosed is my resume for your review.

I have a strong work history and training in the mechanical engineering design of plastics & sheet metal products gained from working in a variety of manufacturing and design environments. Along with my design experience, I have managed many types of projects and personnel. These projects range from small individual ones to entire product lines in both consumer products as well as industrial applications.

My salary history is pretty basic. I simply want to be paid a fair wage for the position, understanding that salary is negotiable. As for my immediate requirements, making more money is always nice, but a challenging atmosphere with growth potential, a driven team of people and career stability is even more important. I want to be challenged in environment that I can learn in as well as contribute to in major way. An environment where research & development, innovation and product improvement isn’t a dream but a constant goal to strive towards while maintaining a moral ethic that I’d be proud to discuss with anyone at any time.

I would like the opportunity to personally discuss the benefits my skills would bring to a position within your organization. I look forward to your reply.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

LENNY KONIEWICZ
