In TIA, anonymous user/guests can browse, purchase and process the order that is buying tickets. There are two segments of users one is Florida resident and other is outside USA which is called Point of origin.

WCS will provide the selling platform for cross-channel (Web and Mobile) commerce related features and functions uses “Authoring” instance related environment to enable business users to create and manage promotions/taxes and catalog/store setup.

Enabling a Guest to plan their visit to Universal Orlando by providing sleek, accurate and fast functions related to - Catalog browse, planning and purchase process - are important and central functionalities for ICE 0.5 release. Staples recently launched a strategic initiative known as “Premium Customer Savings Program”. This initiative is focused on delivering cost reductions and margin Improvement for Premium Customers.
