11.5 TPH 1no HRSG without supplementary firing,

22Tph capacity 2 no’s HRSG with supplementary gas firing (Fuel natural gas) boilers of working pressure 40 bar.

ALL above boilers and HRSG have PLC SCADA control system. 7.5 MW capacity 1no,4.5 MW capacity 2 nos Gas turbines.

Instrument air compressors 3nos 750 CFM and 1 no 1250 CFM screw compressor.

Cooling Tower capacity 6500 cq mtr per hr.

D.M.Plant having capacity 40 cq mtr per hr having 2 streams.

Utilities:

Responsible for steam management.

Quickly understand the plant status i.e Boilers, utilities, and power plants, review the equipment under maintenance and the work permits in force.

Assess the job any hazard associated with it, eliminate/minimize the hazard and extend or release work permits for maintenance as per procedure.

Ensuring the smooth operation of the plants by scanning the load/parameters on the boilers, DM plant, Instrument air section,power plant and other utilities, matching the production and consumption figures and instruct the operators to optimize the parameters/loads for efficient operation.

Ensuring that all the consumption of raw materials are as per norms and are available, if any shortfall of raw materials exist,the material to be procured from stores as authorized or plant in charge to be informed immediately so that the resources are available to the production line in time.

Ensuring no abnormalities in field operations by taking a round of the plants at least twice in the shift to check for leakages, normal running and lubrication of equipment, plant housekeeping, and unsafe conditions and take corrective actions if required.

Adhering to pollution control norms by ensuring that the effluents from the boilers and utility plants are as per norms in terms of quality and quantity.

Reporting to the Plant in charge about status of the plants, generation and consumption patterns, deviations from prescribed norms, raw material requirement, any plant abnormalities and unidentified problems,adopting the changes required and communicating necessary information down the line.

Others

Managing the smooth and efficient operation of 150 TPH high pressures Boiler and 30 MW steam turbine having DCS as well as its utility.

Preparing the different MIS reports related to Co Generation plant and . utilities Equipments Handling man power, Executing different maintenance jobs by engaging different external agencies, executing the different jobs by maintenance and fabrication contractor .Planning of different job during shutdown and preparing spares procurement plan, fixing engineers and operators responsibility during shut down, Training to newly joined engineer, boiler and turbine operators. Taking care of safety during execution of different jobs. Close monitoring of shutdown & start up activities. Co-ordination with all other plant in charges for smooth operation. Periodically check for the performance trials for the diff equipments. Preparing energy saving proposals and get it approved from the management, execute
