Formed gelatin nanosphere then mix it with Polylysine to form an aggregate.

Conducted experiments by following protocols and adjusted to obtain better outcome.
Cultured and passaged MDCK cells and rabbit kidney primary cells.
Made various solutions, restriction enzyme digest analysis to check for mutations in the DNA, Alkaline Phosphatase staining, cloning bacteria, and DNA extraction.

Vessel Access Difficulties with Type III Aortic Arch Solution August 2016 – May 2017
Developed a new catheter to maneuver through Aortic Arches.
Distributed work to all members and communicated efficiently to finish the work on time.

Hands-on experience with cell culture technology with emphasis on the principles and practices of initiation, cultivation, maintenance, preservation of cell lines and applications.

Formed experiment with colleagues to explore the effect of binaural tones on the concentration of subjects.
Experiments were done using BIOPAC system with partners then worked together to write lab reports and completed statistical and error analysis of data.
