Attached please find my resume showing work history and experience, I have over 20 years experience in the construction industry starting out as an assistant project superintendent, and working my way up to the position of VP of Construction and ultimately to the position of Director of Construction.

Interaction with clients, engineers, architects, and regulating authorities as well as the development and review of plans, budgets, construction schedules, and sub contractor proposals are all areas of strength. I had both project managers and superintendents under my supervision and maintained multiple projects in an efficient and cost effect manner and on numerous occasions projects were brought in well under budgets and construction time schedules leading to additional profits.

I’ve been involved with the development and construction of apartment buildings, commercial mixed use buildings (apartments & retail), storage buildings, warehouses, retail stores and single family housing. I’ve been exposed to a wide range of construction methods and feel confident in my ability to perform in the construction field at the highest level.
