Oversee various project documents for a 10-story hotel building in Addis Ababa. Provide services in the areas of Architecture and Construction/Project Management. Execute working drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities for three units of residential buildings.

Successfully designed a 10-story hotel building on a small infill site in central Addis Ababa with minimal impact to adjacent properties by preparing a design document that focused on minimizing impact to surrounding structures, while adhering to local design codes.

Executed all design activities and construction work for various projects with a combined value of over USD $28M.

Drove revenue and acquired large projects on a design-build basis by allocating additional resources and obtaining a category three construction license for the company.

Cut design project delivery time by 25% and construction project delivery time by 30% by revising the company’s organizational structure and eliminating duplication of services among two departments.
