PROJECTS :

Bharat Dynamics limited (2016):

Name of the project : Manufacturing of a critical component of missile in turn mill centre.

Materials used : Aluminium alloy rod of 42 mm DIA

Target acheived : Reduction of cycle in manufacturing of thecomponent has been

achieved by introducing cycles speed & feed rate and also by using latest tools.

Project description : This project is about geometric modelling of the component Which is

to be manufactured & procedure adopted for the Production of component design.

Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology (2017) :

Name of the project : Effect of Oxygenated Fuel Additives on 4-stroke Single Cylinder

Diesel Engine Performance and Emission.

Materials used : Di-Methyl Carbonate, N-Butyl Alcohol.

Target acheived : CO2 emissions are found less about 5%,the percentage of oxygen

goes on increasing with an increase in ratio of oxygenated fuel additive with diesel and that

there is fall in brake thermal efficiency due to presence of excess oxygen in some cases,

NOx emissions, at medium load conditions, diesel with oxygenated additives for both DMC

& NBA are found less when compared with pure diesel.

Project description : This project is all about reducing the pollutants by adding

the oxygenated fuels with the Diesel.
