Two years under budget and second lowest cost per pound in the company.

Negotiated 33% reduction in citation fines on our recent OSHA Audit

Managed 107 employees and 5 transportation vehicles.

Increased throughput of the facility from 1,200,000 lbs. of milk daily to 1,400,000 Lbs. of milk daily.

Successfully installed new make vats under budget and with only 8 hours of down time in the plant.

Coordinating plans for a $28.9 million expansion of the plant.

The facility won its only arbitration case during my tenure.

Agri Mark Inc Middlebury Facility – Dec, 2013 – March 2015

Oversee all aspects of the Quality Department, manage 9-person Laboratory and kept the facility in compliance with all Federal, State and Customer requirements. Maintained the facilities Safety. Managed all EHS functions in the facility. Completed all of the annual training. Maintained the PSM program for Anhydrous Ammonia and the Hazmat Team.

VOSHA audit of the PSM program resulted in 50% reduction in fines and moved 2 citations from serious to other than serious.

Maintained the facility’s SQF certification above 93 during both inspections.

Was instrumental in the R&D and Commercial addition of Heat stable WPC 80 product for international sales.

Quality Manager/ Safety Coordinator

Dairy Farmers of America Middlebury Center and Reading Facility April 2008 – Dec. 2013

Oversee all aspects of the Quality department and maintain the facility in compliance with all Federal, State and customer requirements. Manages labs in both facilities.

Maintained all Safety programs in both facilities.

Worked as interim Quality Manager in the Reading facility for two years as well as Middlebury Center.

Did trouble shooting trips to multiple plants over a three year period

Maintained the Middlebury Center and Reading facility SQF certification above 90 for all inspections completed.
