Manufacturer (OEM) of skid mounted Ammonia on Demand systems for Pollution Control and Natural Gas Processing for the Power Industry.

Responsible for planning and implementing process improvements across the Supply Chain while negotiating dramatic cost reductions with all top tier suppliers. Functional responsibilities include contract negotiations, sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and shipping/receiving.

Employed by Accuride (through PSA on a contract basis) as a Purchasing Manager, Accuride is a large manufacture of metal furniture slides.

I was also involved with transferring the Purchasing Department to the new Mexicali plant and helped them with setting up the department, materials planning and requisitioning.

Steel purchases (20-25 million pounds of steel per month) came from both domestic and foreign steel mills. This included cold rolled, hot rolled, galvanized coils, forgings, and pre-slit material from service centers for smaller quantity needs
