•Analyzed parameters influencing the errors in 3D printing

•Developed detection, correction and prevention methods to the defects that occur in additive manufacturing

Design of experiments to Transfer Electromagnetic bearings using SPC and Process Capability Analysis

•Designed an experiment to determine the best electromagnetic settings to maximize the number of ball bearings that can be transferred from a bulk container to final packaging by creating work instructions and standardizing the process
