The Front Desk Agent is the first friendly face that greets you upon arrival. I had many responsibilities which included, balancing audit for accuracy of room, food and beverage revenue, and cashiers reports as well as guest accounts. My duties also included ensuring the guest had received great customer service and was accommodated throughout their entire stay.

As a Server my responsibilities included performing personal activities such as supervising and training employees, recording guest order and delivering in an adequate time. I was also responsible for processing cash payments and rendering change upon sale of purchase.

I have many passions in this world but my all-time favorite passion is being a mother! My daughter Parker has opened a new world for me and has taught me many things including love and how good it feels to help others when they can’t help themselves, which is when I became inspired to pursue a career in Nursing. I hope while pursuing a career in the medical field even if I can’t save them all but by changing just one person’s life and showing them compassion and love can make a difference.
