Management Reporting and Distribution

oDesign Professional Financial Month End reporting for UW, Actuary and Claims Management – Financial, Large Loss, Closed Claims reports, Deductible Past Due Reports, Claim Statistical reporting to track closing ratio, and file production and cases in suit.

oDesign Professional Aged File Review report creation and final compilation. Coordinate discussion between actuary, UW leaders and claims managers and create meeting.

oCreated and managed Access Database for all financial transactions. These reports are dispersed to the Claims team, Claims Management and Brokers on a monthly basis or upon request.

oCreate several Ad Hoc reports specified to the needs of all Professional Managers. Example: file conversion stats, average closing age of claims, average spend. Create reports for strategic analysis.

oManage XL GCS claims system. Update on a daily basis with completing coverage match, attaching policies, setting reserves, issuing payments, reserve changes, converting files and closing files.

oLarge Loss narrative creation and distribution to Design Professional management.

Reinsurance Reporting and Audits

oManage reinsurance audits for the Design Professional in Canada. These audits consist of the reinsurer and the brokers conduct a one to three day audit with wrap up sessions. The audit requires initial request and data, which are all ad hoc Loss runs from various systems to produce to the reinsured. Have to provide access to read only XL GC. This requires new hire tickets with attendee names, and set up laptops with a quick tutorial.

Training:

oCreated and present to all new hires on XL GC and TyMetrix best practices with business specifics needs embedded into the training that pertains to Professional Lines.

oWork with managers and administration staff to train and manage statistical reporting.

oTrained Shared Services on several administrative tasks.

oResponsible for training and development of new personnel in administrative issues and technical systems.

oMember of the XL Global Claims Ambassador board, a team that meets once a month to go over recommendations on XL GC enhancements which need prioritization based on the teams recommendations.

System Conversion and Upgrades: Technical Specifications

oPart of the XL GC conversion team where specs needed approval and data mapping was done, and reports needed QA analysis.

oAssisted with the new creation of the new CDC form.

oCreated the FNOL for Canada and is now used widely with XL Catlin claims department firm wide.

oWorked with IT on creations on special database for Canada Claims

oReview and test conversion specifications for new systems upgrades.

TyMetrix Reporting and Initiatives:

oPanel Firm cleanup and analytical reports.

oAdvised regional admin on sleeping invoices and Professional Panel updates.

oCreate various reports for managers to show what firms have been engaged to what files.

oUpdate in deductible and payment procedures with the evolution of the billing system.

oDevise, execute and deliver new process procedures and analytical reports for management.

oCreate new instructions to accompany the new processes and distributed to team members.
