Able to improve cash flow and sales by resolving and correcting the root cause of the problem with major distributions and the government. Reviewed deductions taken by distributors pertaining to pricing programs and sent acceptable deductions to correct profit center. On deductions that weren’t acceptable I worked with distributors to get the problem resolved or the deduction paid, which reduced the 90+ past due. Developed contracts and financing for international accounts, which improved delivery time and cash flow. Responsible for letter of credit and payment on the stages of international contracts as they are completed. Responsible for bankruptcies and accounts turned over for collection.
