Reduced time, from weeks to hours, and cost of data reconciliation between the main access request system IBM OneTeam and thousands of world-wide IBM applications, defining the system architecture, coordinating the development with internal and external resources (outsourcing with IBM Liquid program). Application developed first upon Domino/Lotus Notes platform using LEI and DB2 databases, and later in Java Core still with front end in Lotus Notes.

Optimized the onboarding process of new developers so that they could be ready for the next sprint.
