Coach Managers on the process of evaluating employees, setting goals, conducting objective performance reviews, and recognizing and awarding performance to improve productivity

Handle employee terminations, grievance and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, working closely with legal counsel, supervisors and management

Plan and develop on-the-job training programs for line employees and career development programs for managers with a focus on retaining existing talent and reducing employee turnover

Provide management and employees with advice on disciplinary actions and terminations files. There is a tracking in place to accurately monitor all disciplinary actions correspondents for each employee. Work closely with management to find the best course action. Accurately process HR entry transactions (profiles) including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, equity, etc. Terminations: Final pay checks, deductions, disciplinary actions and workplace investigations. Voluntary terminations, exit interviews and return all company property

Provide all staff with the proper training and make sure all employees are up to date on policies. Making sure the company is adhering to all state and federal regulations.

Investigate work related injuries and First Responders Reports. All injuries are reported through the IMS system for the safety team and OSHA recordable injuries.

Development and implement of Change Management initiatives in cooperation with the relevant functional departments.

HR support of LEAN related programs and initiatives, Warehouse management system such as SAP

KPI Report- done on a daily and weekly basis. I report on the head count and how many employees we have versus what we need. I report the terminations and reason for termination. That is dependent upon production and budget.

Conducted a Wage study based on the KPI. Employees were able to get an increase of $0.50-$1.00 beginning 2018.
