Operations/Special Projects Supervisor

Managed the North Carolina Medical Board Digital Project production team over the course of 3 months, with 700 containers retaining 1,696,030 images total that were prepped, and digitized by scanning. Volunteered to supervise the night shift team which was necessary to complete the project time line set by the customer. The North Carolina Medical Board Digital Project created $80, 000.00 of revenue for the 2017 fourth quarter.

Assistant Project Manager for Novozymes Human Resources Employee File Scanning Project where 87,155 employee files were produced with a team of three contractors over a three month period. The project generated $14, 162.00 of revenue for Access Information Management.

Supervised the Kantar Futures Survey Binders Scan Project team in the first quarter of 2018 achieving the successful imaging of 111 survey binders bringing $2,000.19 in revenue.

Designed, implemented warehouse floor plans for two facilities to improve warehouse inventory management, and increased productivity by 60%.
