Define the business functionality requirements needed to support deployment of the SAP ERP system solution for NYX Cosmetics, Baxter, CLARISONIC, and IT Cosmetics. Develop an SAP solution for these businesses which includes Production Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement while ensuring that all key business metrics are met. Supply Chain Project lead between the Business Units and the Technical IT teams to facilitate the design and development of all required system modifications and solutions. Established a rolling 15-month unit & dollar shipment (sales) forecast for all Redken products by analyzing sales trends, distribution channel promotional activity, and account specific sales activity (Sales: $500M). Planned and coordinated all new product launches with Marketing and Manufacturing by identifying pipeline quantities, consumer demand, distribution channels, SKU mix, promotional volume and inventory targets. Led the Sales & Operations Planning process to drive consensus and create alignment of the financial plan with the demand plan while maintaining customer service and inventory objectives. Met regularly with the Division GM and Sr. VP of Marketing to review forecast exceptions, risks, and determine appropriate course of action.
