Define the business functionality requirements needed to support deployment of the SAP ERP system solution for NYX Cosmetics, Baxter, CLARISONIC, and IT Cosmetics. Develop an SAP solution for these businesses which includes Production Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement while ensuring that all key business metrics are met. Supply Chain Project lead between the Business Units and the Technical IT teams to facilitate the design and development of all required system modifications and solutions. Integrate the SAP MRP component into the business to manage procurement and production. Established a rolling 15-month unit & dollar shipment (sales) forecast for all Redken products by analyzing sales trends, distribution channel promotional activity, and account specific sales activity (Sales: $500M). Planned and coordinated all new product launches with Marketing and Manufacturing by identifying pipeline quantities, consumer demand, distribution channels, SKU mix, promotional volume and inventory targets. Led the Sales & Operations Planning process to drive consensus and create alignment of the financial plan with the demand plan while maintaining customer service and inventory objectives. Met regularly with the Division GM and Sr. VP of Marketing to review forecast exceptions, risks, and determine appropriate course of action. Managed 2 employees including Analyst and Demand Planning Manager. Established the procurement and deployment plan for Redken products throughout the L’Oreal and the SalonCentric supply chain utilizing SAP MRP. Established a rolling 18-month unit & dollar shipment (sales) forecast by analyzing consumer consumption, national promotional activity and specific account activity for L’Oreal Cosmetics ($420M Sales). Reconciled the internal forecasts with the Field Sales forecasts and financial projections, and managed the forecast from gross sales to net sales. Planned and coordinated all new product launches with Marketing and Manufacturing by identifying pipeline quantities, projected consumer demand, distribution, SKU mix, promotional volume and inventory targets. Developed the S&OP Planning Process and met regularly with the President, Sr. VP of Finance, & Sr. VP of Marketing to review forecast exceptions, communicate risks and develop strategies. Communicated the reconciled forecasts to Manufacturing by brand and by shade (SKU), identifying any constraints and/or abnormal demand.
