Users have the option to drill down to underlying procurement from a Purchase Order reference by clicking a hyperlink. This enables review of expiring PO’s and on time renewal if applicable. Main objective of system is to provide Month End Accrual and Deferral (ME AD) calculations. Other important reports include MEAD reports, PO by Functional area, Requested PO Closure and Glad Journals. Informatica was used to extract data from multiple source systems to OFC database.
