Position : QC/QA Technician (Trainee)
Duties
Support the activities of Quality engineers and managers in day to day factory floor activities and issues with customers and suppliers.
Engineers define what methods and equipment will be used to measure the tolerances on the product blueprint while QA operating the test machine and collecting data.
Assisting in receiving raw material and packaging (Full Inspection).
Assist trials production
Provide technical assistance to the factory with process related problems
Gather and process data and analyse information
Assist in Quality Inspection raw material, packaging, Work In Progress and finish good.
Assist laboratory testing
Perform visual inspection on incoming raw materials and review final products.
Also do duties of Microbiologist on her behalf: collecting the finish good sample for micro testing, preparing media and perform micro setup.
When R&D people from head office came to the plant to do trials and their lab standards, it undergoes full analytical analysis by me.
And ensuring the good housekeeping lab; good state and standards are updated and setting up test equipment to monitor the quality.
