WORK EXPERIENCES :

Engineering with 2 year experience as a Jr.Piping Engineer in Refinery in the field of Planning, Monitoring of Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Piping jobs and Well conversant with GA, P&ID and PDMS .Isometric Drawings and familiar with related ASME, ASTM, API and related Codes

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execution of Unit piping, Preparation of erection plan, fabrication-plan and attending the same in co-ordination with different departments.

• Review of Construction drawing with reference to the site condition and deviation if any related to BOQ, Material Tracing as well as identification, Monitoring of daily progress in relation with Planning Made.

• Responsible for study of fabrication drawings.

• Piping spool fabrication and spool management.

• Arrangement of materials as per specification needed for fabrication of pipe

• Ensuring piping materials as per specification.

• Review of P&ID’s, layouts, isometrics and piping specific schedules for developing

• related construction sequence in coordination with area coordinator.

• Supervising & conducting hydro testing.

• Hydro test report and inspections before and after hydro test.

• Post-Hydro test testing and report preparation.

• Preparation of stage wise progress report, Daily progress reports, man power reports etc.

• Issuing isometrics to subcontractors, material feeding, monthly reconciliation as well as billing.

• Supervision of construction contractors/workforce for piping discipline.

• Ensuring piping technical documents to correctness of revision, numbering, Formatting, and approval.

• Done complete work of Steam tracing in DHDT unit with erection and mechanical clearance with hydro testing

• Done complete work of Piping of Fire water system in DHDT unit with erection and mechanical clearance with hydro testing in both underground & above ground

• Done the works for planning department in Parascad with Autospool, Spoolman software.

• Done complete ASBUILT drawing of steam tracing with Autocad

• Punch list clearance and follow-up.
