PROJECT MANAGER SUB-CONTRACT SUPERVISION
GOJO INDUSTRIES 2015-Present
Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously; including designing and implementing components of assigned Rail Project and Blend Room Projects for Purell and other FDA governed products.
Partner with the executive leadership team to analyze companywide operations and complexity data to help adjust and drive the strategic vision to establish and deliver project time.
Supervise up to 25 sub contractors at a time and assist CAD operators on designing As-built drawings for modifications.
Oversee and supervise a 1.4M sq. ft. Wooster facility consisting of sub- contract personnel, including electricians, millwrights, plumbers, PLC technicians, and mechanical contractors.
Design and develop new ideas for the installation and reconstruction of project plans for the project management team, as well as maintaining status reports on multiple projects.
Acquire quotes for services, select vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish timeline for long term goals.
Inspect and approve finished products; communicate purchase orders, work orders, and invoices to Accounts Payable ensuring prompt payment of work rendered and completion of final punch lists.
