DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SERVICE ADVISOR

1. List customer concerns and ask additional questions to diagnose current problems.

2. Verify current vehicle warranty coverage and explain fee structures.

3. Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders that describe customer concerns, know issues, and likely causes along with services and repairs required.

4. Coordinate to workshop leadman for current vehicle status such PMS and GJ thus to inform customer for additional time require for repair needs

5. Coordinate with technical warranty for claims and status

6. Coordinate with parts department for price cost and availability

7. Maintain high levels of customer service at all times by taking care of customers` needs while in the dealership.

8. Update and inform customers in service and repair

9. Attend all training and seminars require as needed to enhance interpersonal skills and technical knowledge.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BP Insurance Advisor/Coordinator

1. Liaison for clients and insurance company including claims processing, analyzing insurance policy

2. Worked with parts department staff to research, identify and provide appropriate parts needed and availability

3. Prepared claims with required documentation and distribute accordingly in a timely manner to expedite

4. Practiced professional telephone etiquette and customer service while making claim inquires

5. Responsible for determining the reasoning for insurance denials and providing timely feedback to resolve possible issues

6. Contacted insurance companies regarding unprocessed claims and provide supporting documents necessary for repair

7. Coordinates with insurance adjuster scheduling for repair estimate

8. Schedule client for body repair and explains duration of work

9. Maintaining good relationships with insurance agents, and customers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TECHNICIAN

Enable to use diagnostic scan tools such as Midtronics, MUT II and MUT III

Analyze the cause of engine mechanical trouble

Analyze electrical faulty by using service manuals

Assist technical support on the troubleshooting and diagnosis with other technicians and explain pros and cons.

Performs for service operation and guidelines

Coordinate with Service Advisors, Supervisor, Service Leadman regarding to engine troubles, recommendations and advise prior adjustment in promise time.

Coordinate and rationalize to Technical Staff or Technical Plant Engineer regarding with engine faulty occur to address future remedy

Actual interaction with costumers which primarily concern on the issues of technical aspects of engine troubles and remedy.
