Served on National Trust for Our Wounded/Braveworks’ IT Advisory Council, as well as, hired on as a consultant to review a complex data program being readied for use and for eventual marketing. Uncovered and identified a flaw in a third party software interface that had been overlooked by the IT vendor since its inception. Access Management / Senior Data Security Specialist / Systems Administrator: As the senior team member of the Internal Technology Registration (ITR) Group & Mainframe Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) Security Administrator, was responsible for the manual and automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and troubleshooting of Fannie Mae application & infrastructure user access. This included having a working knowledge of platform provisioning (groups/roles/accounts/permissions), understanding of platform or application meta-data, clean-up of data on applications and platforms, creating documentation for processes and procedures, terminating and re-enabling user profiles and application access, and acting as liaison for users and support groups. Accurately established and removed individual and system accounts’ applications, systems, and resources, as needed, identified access risks and violations, and responded to critical situations that endangered Fannie Mae’s information assets.

Facilitated creation of system ID’s & Privileged Access Management ID’s for integration to multiple applications/platforms with password security procedures. Worked with all platform SME’s to address OIM provisioning issues (Tier III support). Produced daily management reports detailing on-boarding and off-boarding status which included any issues that required resolution or management attention. Collaborated with internal audit to ensure compliance and protect against possible operational incidents; worked jointly with Human Resources Business Partners daily to improve and resolve issues with PeopleSoft/OIM feed, involved in all facets of onboarding/offboarding and termination process.

Platforms of the many applications included Oracle Identity Management [OIM / IAM] - 7 years, SailPoint Identity and Access Governance [IAG] – 3 years), IBM mainframe – 13 years, AS/400, CA-7, LDAP, Oracle, Sybase, UNIX, Wintel, and Windows (Active Directory). Analysis on the IBM mainframe was at the application and dataset level for systems running under TSO, ACF2, and IDMS. Analysis on the Oracle platform was at the database and role level. Processed platform and application access requests in Services Online (SOL) and OIM that fell within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
