I just retired (June 2017) from working full time as a (virtual) licensed Accident and Health Advisor

for USHA as indicated below.

US Health Group (March 2016 – June 2017) as a: US Health Advisor

USHealth Advisor is a 100% work from home virtual health insurance position.

As an advisor, we worked directly with America's self-employed, small business owners and individuals assisting them with their health benefits solutions. We advised clients, 100% by phone and/or virtually, on a portfolio of benefit plans designed for their unique situation that best fit their individual needs.

Our responsibilities included, but were not limited to:

Working from Home, making 100-200 daily cold calls, utilizing a CRM with predictive dialer, to connect with prospective clients.

Becoming certified in each of the company's many plans offered, including life, health, vision, and dental.

Qualifying each prospective client by receiving answers to several pertinent questions and using an Underwriters Guide

Preparing a monthly premium based on the clients wants and needs. ( 2011- May 2014) Client Services Remote Service Technician provided online technology,100% work from home, services and sales to consumers and small businesses.

My responsibilities included being able to:

Actively listen to customer needs and offer appropriate education of products and services to prevent agitation.

Respond real time to customer Inbound questions and problems.

Make outbound calls to touch base with new customers, determine if satisfied or need help, and ensure the customer is satisfied with their new installation.

Utilize resources to upsell and explain competitive edge.

Effective use of persuasive techniques to overcome objections.

Educate customers in the use of installed products, service offerings, billing, charges, and product features.

Resolve customer complaints and situations calmly and courteously.

Troubleshoot and resolve service and technical problems using remote control tools with PC/MAC and tablet.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues when the customer is using a smartphone app.

Meet retention, sales and customer service performance metrics.

Explain and instruct the customer on the value and operation of the product and service.

Retain customers at high risk for cancellation.

Charter Financial: Note Broker(aka Charter Referral Agent) - As a Broker/Agent I used proven marketing methods to locate individuals who were receiving payments from privately-held mortgage notes, land contracts, court settlements, annuities and lottery winnings, offering them a lump sum of cash for the rights to receive their future payments.

Commission Junction: Affiliate Marketer- As an affiliate marketing advertiser, I advertised on my website (Your American Stores) products and/or services offered by participating stores and/or businesses.

Allconnect (2005-June 2008)

Allconnect is a consumer services Co. based in Atlanta, Ga

I was with this company for just under three (3) years as a Consumer Specialist.

Under general supervision, we received re-routed inbound telephone calls from customers.

Customer retention and sales were the primary functions, and contacts were non-routine which required deviating from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. We used our communication skills to understand customer issues and assessed their needs.

While using our influencing skills we overcame objections and suggested, plus promoted, alternative products and/or services.

We also offered special customer plans and incentives. We were involved in resolving complex service, product, and billing issues, and used a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.

American Monitoring, Inc.

American Monitoring is where I acquired most of my sales expertise. For several years :

I owned and operated American Monitoring, Inc., a Protection One Dealership.

My staff and I sold and installed security systems to homeowners and small businesses throughout the Metro Atlanta Area, and I was the sole proprietor of this corporation.

My main duties were the daily operation of the business; which included selling, and weekly training of all sales and administrative staff.

At times I even wrote my own sales scripts

8-10 telemarketers (hourly + commission)

Numerous sub-contracted installers, and a secretary
