SAP FICO Functional Analyst 2011- 2017

Unilever is a UK based Fast Moving Consumer Goods multinational global company, which produce and market consumer products.

-Implemented full life cycle of SAP project. The duration was 18 months, 12 Million dollar budget and comprised of 80+ people from different countries and organizations. Through fit gap workshop identified the gaps between SAP and business process, mitigate the gaps through preparing functional specifications, stake holder’s sign-off, system development and testing, cut over and go-live. Resulted 50% reduction in trade return and reduced biased error in forecasting from 10% to 4% within first year of implementation. Received Chairman Award for flawless SAP implementation.

-Performed SAP FICO Functional Analyst and Business Analyst role for more than 500 users across the organization

-Worked with Sales & Distribution team for 300+ invoices per day and Material Management Team for daily 1000+ Purchase Orders to integrate with SAP Finance module.

-Managed SAP controlling area, Product Costing and CO-PA. Supported month end and year SAP closing process.

-Responsible for FICO as part of SAP project. The project duration was two years and the budget was 25 Million dollar. Through the fit gap workshop identified the gaps between SAP and business process, mitigate the gaps through preparing functional specifications, stake holder’s sign-off, system development and testing, cut over and go-live. The project was comprised of 30+ people in FICO track from different third party software organizations.

-Handled the Change Management for post go-live of IT systems for the transition period resulting in adoption and realization of the change
