9/27/2016 Jason Wolfe - Engineering Technician - SAS (CVD Ops) I would like to recognize Jason Wolfe for his attention to detail on TAFT03-C PM. When installing the process kits, Jason noticed that the round liners were there but the pumping port liners were missing. Jason contacted the EE Brandon Segura to discuss this issue and Brandon verified these parts needed to be installed in the chamber. The pumping port liners were ordered tool down for replacement.
