9/27/2016 Jason Wolfe - Engineering Technician - SAS (CVD Ops) I would like to recognize Jason Wolfe for his attention to detail on TAFT03-C PM. When installing the process kits, Jason noticed that the round liners were there but the pumping port liners were missing. Jason contacted the EE Brandon Segura to discuss this issue and Brandon verified these parts needed to be installed in the chamber. The pumping port liners were ordered tool down for replacement. Thank You Jason for your attention to detail and taking the needed steps to remedy this situation. Steven Glaser - Shift Supervisor - Samsung - SAS (CVD Ops)

5/9/2017 Jason Wolfe - Engineering Technician - SAS (CVD Ops) I would like to recognize Jason Wolfe for all his hard work day in, and day out. BEOL 1 did not have many downs and he proactively helped out BEOL 3 at a time when we were MFG priority. Jason volunteered taking TAFT02 MF PM. Jason exemplifies teamwork, priorities, and quality in his work. Thank you Jason! Joseph Young - Master Engineering Technician – Samsung - SAS (CVD Ops)
