Preparing all HSE related document and Coordinating with Sub-contractors, Consultants and local Authorities for HSE issues.

Preparing Project Safety Statistics Reports (Weekly or Monthly) for the Company Head Quarters.

Ensuring that Risk Assessments are suitable and sufficient for the purpose.

Ensuring that HSE Violations by individuals and Sub-contractors are properly dealt with as per the project HSE Policy.

Ensuring that Safety Officer and Fire Marshals are reporting and discharging their duties in compliance with the project HSE Duty.

Arrange HSE review meeting to review the problems and find out effective solution to overcome the same.
