Education

MASTER OF ENGINEERING 12/15/17 UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI GPA 3.7

Major: Computer Engineering (Embedded Systems)

Description:

working on a Personal Device Assistant on Raspberry Pi 3 developing an application on Yocto(Custom embedded Linux tool). Performed board bring up.

oI worked on projects concerning to Embedded Systems, Wireless (Bluetooth and WLAN), Advanced Microsystems Design, Advanced Algorithms. I've developed a game on Altera's De0NanoSoc board. I used tools like Quartus Lite and NIOS II. The board consists of Cyclone V Processor which has dual-core Arm Cortex A9 Hard Processor System. I programmed it on Realtime Linux operating system to retrieve accelerometer values and use them as input to the game, which checks the orientation of board and works on moving objects on the screen. I have a passion for developing games that use extensive mathematical problem-solving skills and logic. I also tried hands-on Pygame module and OpenGL.

I've developed Player Performance Monitor using PIC Microcontroller. The device was developed with a focus to understand the concepts of Advanced Microsystems Design, communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, Bluetooth protocol stack.

I've also developed a system to determine the placement of Access Points in a specified area to give maximum coverage with a minimum number of Access Points using MATLAB tool.

I've extensively studied Computer Architecture, Operating Systems and other subjects that prepared me well to be a Software developer. I also gained knowledge of Applied Software Project Management, Strategic Leadership, and Engineering Project Management which made me industry ready.
