Successfully managed 16 separate contracts, all within budget.

Successfully introduced developmental & operational assessment of products and programs supplied to Former Soviet Union Countries by the United States.

Successfully facilitated two international meetings in Baku Azerbaijan with five former Soviet Union countries and Russia to harmonize the understanding and use of the Electronic Infectious Disease Surveillance System (EIDSS) software.

Successfully led the testing of the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) for interoperability with the Army Battle Command System, Theater Battle Management Core System software (US Air Force system) and legacy Joint fire support systems.

My team discovered major issues with software programs within units deploying for Iraq during train-up at Ft Hood, TX. I brought the issues to the table when we were briefing the Army G6. We were tasked to work with the units and resolve the software issues before deployment. All units deployed.

Successfully managed the review and prepared Command responses to technical as well as operational issues and concerns from other organizations to include subjects such as Critical Issues and Criteria, Operational Requirement/Capability documents, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Integrated Technical Test Reports, and Cost and Operational Effectiveness Analysis and specific developmental test plans.

Provided logistics analysis assistance to include examination of manpower requirements to support operations and maintenance for hardware and software. Reviewed maintenance processes to ensure effectiveness, supportability, suitability and survivability.

Provided logistics support efforts to include control of related ILS disciplines such as Reliability & Maintainability, Human Systems Integration, Hazardous Material Control, and Systems Safety.
