• I lead a Black Belt Project - review current metrics dashboards and determine what dashboards are adding value. I Identified 7 dashboards that were not currently used and they contained 150 metrics that were getting updated monthly. These metrics have been successfully retired. Cost Savings - $33,000 yearly maintenance cost savings. I am in process of obtaining my BB certification
• Project NLIR – increase compliance and reliability in our reporting for SOX controls. 1300 cost center changes failed the month of January 2016 from Dow PeopleSoft to HCM to Tivoli. I identified all root causes causing the failures, created team estimates for resolving root causes, and deadlines for all project hours
Project Danzig - security threats were identified by ICRM in the Dow environment and the RE team was engaged to assist until resolutions identified. Microsoft identified security gaps in Dow’s environment and the RE team lead separate tracks to eliminate all security gaps.
