COMMUNICATION When I started in fundraising and Mc Donald’s it was entry level work. I learned to listen to management and to also work with them to accomplish their goals. I also realized that it is to everyone’s interest to share knowledge and to teach others, the more others learn the better the operation. I am capable and enjoy working with venders and customers. At the real estate title company the work was very fast paced and required multi-tasking on a daily if not hourly basis. Seeking out and learning from mentors has been very beneficial in continuing to learn and grow in my professional career.
REAL ESTATE REHABILITATION: Since 1989 I have owned or participated in the rehabilitation of over 20 properties. Many of these were complete gut rehabs. I have also owned multiple rental units, all requiring maintenance and repairs.
