Lead a team of two, in the direct day-to-day technical support for 160 staff members. Develop, implement and maintain IT policies, procedures and guidelines for Systems Support and Operations. Responsible for asset management and replenishment for all IT inventory. Project Manager for numerous system launches including upgrades to Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2013, Server patches, and hardware upgrades. Ensure that our internal CIS system is working optimally by conducting various meeting with Clinical managers to identify where improvements are needed as the direction and mandate is being changed by the Ministry.

Provided on-site and remote technical support to over 150 users. Created and manage user profiles and set file/folder/account permissions on Active Directory and MS-Exchange. Configured and manage various VM-servers (File server/terminal etc). Planned, Overlooked, and implemented more efficient methods of using technology to aid the daily activities and productivity of the agency. Prepared quarterly and annual stats using Mssql/Spss and various clinical databases. Trained and created documentations for users on how to use various hardware/software and peripherals.
