QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive background as an IEFS Dispatch Optimization Center Network Force and Load Analyst for AT&T provides advantages that certify my candidacy for employment with your organization. I am currently responsible for several technicians in the Raleigh NC area as a Network Manager. Previous experience as a local IT and Communication solutions for the NC IEFS Dispatch Optimization Center in Charlotte NC. I have had training and experience with TCP/IP LAN layouts, DHCP configurations, and PBX maintenance knowledge though our Avaya Systems (Call Center Manager). I am also proficient in all basic pc hardware and software repair and upgrades. I have extensive experience as a Load Balance Manager, a subject matter expertise of Force to Load balancing, strategic load forecasting, and network measurement achievement. I have extensive knowledge of dispatch strategies in AT&T CORE (TFS) and the (Uverse)UFO arenas. I was selected to be a part of joint task force with staff support to assist in the deployment of the now FORCE/EDGE dispatch system (formally IDS). I was a FORCE administrator with extensive knowledge of the load process and parameters in FORCE/EDGE load assignment procedure. During my 21-year tenure, I have taken several Carnegie courses on management, I am currently a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and White Belt and as of 2015 a PROJECT AGILE graduate.

EMPLOYMENT

2016-present IEFS UTILITY OPERATIONS Field Network Manager-Raleigh NC

Supervise field technicians in Raleigh NC under Utility Operations. Technicians responsible for fiber drop placement throughout Raleigh areas. Supervisory scope included training, riding exercises, safety observations etc. identified roadblocks and monitored technician’s performance numbers. Improved productivity through performance improvement programs and disciplinary actions if warranted.

Performed Daily and weekly team building meetings to discuss performance measurements and identify areas of progress and improvements. Identified and documented weak performers and created strategies for correction.

Required to run cost analysis to maintain budgetary constraints locally within individual supervisory group. (materials, equipment uniforms etc.)

1997-2016 IEFS Associate Network and Process Manager, AT&T Telecommunications

Maintained pc integrity for all network machines within the NC IEFS DOC. Made pc upgrades, repairs, software recovery, and basic hardware replacements.

Monitored call flow throughout the center with centralized Symposium PBX and Avaya systems. Generated automated reports for upper management to monitor craft activity and call volume.
