Project Title: “3D Modeling and Stress Analysis on Pipes in a Plant” at Swajaya Technologies Pvt Limited at Hyderabad.

Description: Understanding about P&ID, Pipe Routing and Pipe Isometrics. Designing pipe isometrics/lines with equipments in the Ceaser-II. Finding stress, expansion and support problems in each pipe in a plant and then giving solution to observed problems. Finding the critical line list. Preparing stress analysis for critical line list and giving pipe supports for critical lines and non-critical lines. Preparation of supports and spring hanger based on load acting on pipe. Preparation of Support Load Data and passing that to Civil Engineer. It is useful for Pipe Industries like Oil, Gas and Power plants.
