Lead HR team with implementation and rolling out across 15 EIN numbers a new cloud based HRIS, company portal and payroll system with Ultimate Software (a 19 month long implementation).

Oversee and manage union negotiations, arbitration, and any conflict management resolution processes for all the companies.

Ability to write, train and coach on customized training requirements for a business.
