ACCOMPLISHMENTS

As a Project Manager in Design Code and Construction I have a reputation for successfully delivering projects under extreme time constraints. On the Terminal B Low Gate Electrification Project, I worked with stakeholders from American Airlines, DFW Energy Transportation and Asset Management, FAA, and DFW Environmental Division to develop a complete project for replacement of ground power units, pre-condition air units, and two 300 ton chillers. The program development started in May 2016 and again in 2017. Design, plans, technical specifications and coordination of contract documents were completed in 45 days to meet the FAA required bid advertisement date

of July 7, 2016.

I have save DFW International Airport, on average, $250,000 per year by implementing a productivity improvement plan, and value engineering.

As a project manager I have achieved a 98% success rate of delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
