Talk to they kids when they upset, help them learn they latter's

I don't have a resume, but i have been working with children's over a year at this day care. Am three old teacher do activity with them teach them lettter, numbers, and art ctaft as well. Teach them they're maners. And also have two of my own, looking for a better job with good team work.
