Acquiring mobile wireless licenses to provide service to more than 18.3 million potential customers, Oceanic built networks and provided service in several of its operating territories before selling both licenses and operations to larger companies. Instrumental in strategic planning and raising over $300 million to acquire licenses, deploy the networks and develop the infrastructure, in less than two years, established the Network Operations Center in Miami and recruited several highly qualified executives including COO, CFO and Country Managers for various licensed territories.

Incorporated – New York 1975-1989 Managing Director, Head of Mid-Atlantic Region, Corporate Finance providing leadership in client acquisition and management including numerous transaction executions for clients ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. Drastic dollar devaluation undermined the fundamental economic footings of the company in 1975, leading to its demise and a return to Wall Street. Hornblower & Weeks-Hemphill, Noyes Incorporated 1969-1974 Departed as a Corporate Vice President and Shareholder having been recruited by Harvard classmates as a new entry associate, quickly rising to become the youngest equity partner in the firm in 1972, based on contributions in computer analyses for financial strategy recommendations that led to financing transactions.
