In 2015 I worked closely with HRCI to identify approved training material recommended for Certification Prep as well as consulted with the SME author of one of HRCI’s recommended reference guides to develop an HRCI regulation approved Certification Prep course to continue to provide training for our local HR community business leaders. Developed documentation, composed training manuals and designed course curriculum to train HR professionals from some of the largest companies in the Southeast for PHR/SPHR Certification testing. Offered 1-2 sessions per year (typically Fall and Spring). Sessions are 8-12 weeks in length.
